Frankmar Associates is a Ugandan accountancy, tax and advisory firm built for close, personal support, the kind where you speak to the same person every time. What started as a single practice in Kampala twelve years ago now serves businesses across Uganda, with engagements in Tanzania, Kenya and Zambia, and remote support for diaspora clients abroad.

Mr. Francis Kansiime

Managing Consultant

With twelve years of hands-on experience in Uganda's accountancy, tax and advisory landscape, Mr. Kansiime founded Frankmar and built it from the ground up, serving clients from ambitious startups and neighbourhood duuka shops that have grown into enterprises, to established organisations operating across the region.

His approach is simple: every client deserves direct access to an experienced consultant, not a call centre, not a revolving door of juniors, but someone who knows their business and stands by the work.

Dr. Martin Bakundana FCCA, CPA(U), PhD

Associate Consultant, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets & Tax Planning

Dr. Martin Bakundana is a Fellow of the ACCA and a Certified Public Accountant with a PhD in Finance and more than 20 years across corporate finance, capital markets, research and consulting, in Uganda and internationally. A lecturer at Makerere University and a former Senior Business Analyst at Nasdaq (Sydney), he advises on corporate finance, funds management, infrastructure-project financing and tax planning, and is a sought-after trainer and mentor. He brings Frankmar clients a rare blend of global-markets experience and deep local insight.

Winnie Kasande MSc (EHSM)

Associate Consultant, HSE, ISO & Management-Systems Readiness

Winnie Kasande is a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professional and management-systems readiness specialist with a First-Class MSc in Environmental Health & Safety Management and over ten years across oil and gas, renewable energy and industrial manufacturing. She helps manufacturers and other businesses get ready for the standards that matter, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 22000/FSSC, and for UNBS requirements, through gap assessments, documentation, internal audits and pre-certification readiness. She prepares organisations to walk into their certification audit ready; the certificate itself is issued by accredited certifiers.
